See a 240-pound fullback completes the Illinois Agility Drill in the excellent time of 13.25 seconds. By the amount of sweat on him, it is obviously at the end of a workout, which makes it even more impressive.

Here a guy named Ryan puts himself through the commonly used Illinois Agility fitness test. He made it around in 18.05 seconds – where 16-18 seconds is an average score. Joggling is an unusual sport which combines running and juggling. There are events ranging from 100m up to the marathon. As per the rules, if a ball is dropped, the athlete has to return to the place that the ball was dropped. See more about the sport of Joggling.
