Technique

  1. Begin by standing about a meter from the wall
  2. Place hands flat on the wall, approximately shoulder width apart
  3. Keep you torso and legs in a straight line
  4. Bend your arms and lower your chest close to the wall without touching it
  5. Straighten your arms and return to the starting position.
  6. Repeat this action 5-20 times.
