Highlights of a 30-15 Intermittent Fitness Test performed by the ice hockey team Brûleurs de Loup in 2006. The Brûleurs de loups (French for Wolf Burners) are a professional ice hockey team from Grenoble, France. It is just like a beep or yo-yo test, but has 30 second exercise periods inter spaced with 15 seconds of recovery time. See details of the 30-15 test.

During the 30-15 Intermittent Fitness Test (and it’s variant the Interval Shuttle Run Test (ISRT)), players alternately run 20 meter shuttles for 30 seconds and walk for 15 seconds, with increasing speed. 30-15 Intermittent Fitness Test with Cardiorespiratory Measures

Video of the 30-15 Intermittent Fitness Test (players alternately run 20-m shuttles for 30 seconds and walk for 15 seconds, with increasing speed) with cardiorespiratory measures. Taking such measures is not a standard part of the test, so this is probably a test being conducted for research purposes.
