Highlights of a 30-15 Intermittent Fitness Test performed by the ice hockey team Brûleurs de Loup in 2006. The Brûleurs de loups (French for Wolf Burners) are a professional ice hockey team from Grenoble, France. It is just like a beep or yo-yo test, but has 30 second exercise periods inter spaced with 15 seconds of recovery time. See details of the 30-15 test.

During the 30-15 Intermittent Fitness Test (and it’s variant the Interval Shuttle Run Test (ISRT)), players alternately run 20 meter shuttles for 30 seconds and walk for 15 seconds, with increasing speed. Taking such measures is not a standard part of the test, so this is probably a test being conducted for research purposes.

Combine 60-Yard Long Shuttle

The 60 Yard Shuttle fitness test is a test of anaerobic speed endurance. This is a clip of how to perform the 60 Yard Shuttle fitness test during an athletic combine. Here is one guy doing the test solo from the start. If you get through to level 11, you can open part 2 which has the final levels. He makes it to about level 12. You could actually follow this online and try the test yourself.

This is part two of the Yo-Yo endurance fitness test, the final few stages. This is the ‘endurance’ version of the yo-yo test, which is essentially the same as the standard Multistage Fitness Test (beep test). See also the posted part 1 of this video.
