Beach Sit-Up

Technique

  1. Lie flat on your back in the sand, knees bent at right angles.
  2. Clasp your arms across your chest.
  3. Curl up, raising your head and shoulders until your arms touch you thighs
  4. Lower your head, shoulders and pelvis back down to the sand.
  5. Repeat until you have completed your set.
