Another example of the Harvard Step test in a school classroom, unfortunately (unless you speak the language) the explanation is in Spanish or something like that. There is a lot of talking and not much action.

A good example of someone performing the Harvard Step test. This version of the step test is a popular submaximal test of aerobic fitness, and involves stepping up and down on a box for up to five minutes.
