New Zealand at the Women's World Cup

The women's football team from New Zealand has participated at the FIFA Women's World Cup six times (including 2023). New Zealand made their debut in 1991, at which they had their best result, finishing 11th.

New Zealand were co-hosts of the event in 2023, along with Australia. The New Zealand team gained their first ever win at the World Cup in the opening match of the 2023 tournament, though unfortunately they also became the first host nation to be knocked out at the Women's World Cup group stages.
