Australia at the Women's World Cup
The women's football team from Australia has participated at the FIFA Women's World Cup seven times (including 2019). Only at the inaugural event in 1991 did they fail to qualify. Australia made their debut in 1995. Up until 2019, their best performance has been making the quarter finals in 2007 and 2011.
Australia will be hosting the event in 2023, along with co-host New Zealand.
