Welcome to the last Topend Sports email newsletter for 2016, and thanks for being a loyal reader this year. As is customary at this time of year, for me anyway, it's time to reflect on my goals from the previous 12 months, mainly noting that not many have been achieved, and set them again for the coming year. 

Depending on where in the world you are, this time of year you can be either hibernating and retreating inside away from the cold, or if you are in my half of the world, stripping down enjoying the sun and spending more time outdoors. 

One problem with online information is that websites do not often know where you live, and you probably are not interested in hearty winter Christmas lunch ideas if you are living in the tropics, or beach fitness tips if you are rugged up in northern Europe. There is no easy way to cover all bases in this interconnected online world, but whatever the season, Topend Sports provides some relevant resources to help you have a great holiday season:
