See a 240-pound fullback completes the Illinois Agility Drill in the excellent time of 13.25 seconds. By the amount of sweat on him, it is obviously at the end of a workout, which makes it even more impressive.

Backyard Illinois Agility Test

Here a guy named Ryan puts himself through the commonly used Illinois Agility fitness test. He made it around in 18.05 seconds – where 16-18 seconds is an average score. I think that his score was limited because of the uneven surface, and the place that the course was set up not allowing for him to run through at the end limited his time.

He uses a skeleton to demonstrate the boney landmarks to help you understand what points of the body to use to accurately and consistently measure the skinfold meaurements. It is a long video but well worth having a look.
