How to Check a Crypto Casino Before You Deposit
Check three things before a euro moves in 2026: an authority and licence number you can look up, games you can verify rather than simply trust, and identity checks treated as protection rather than friction. Licence and Ownership
A crypto casino licence claim is only worth as much as your ability to check it. Four of the eleven publish no licence number, yet three of those four are licensed once you search the register by domain, which makes a missing number a disclosure failure rather than proof of anything.
- Find the number, not the word. “Operates under a gaming licence” with no authority named tells you nothing.
- Search the register by domain. The Anjouan register accepts a domain such as inky.bet directly.
- That search found three licences the operators never published, at Inky.bet, Fano.bet and Tip-Top.
- Check the expiry date. Two Anjouan licences here listed an expiry of 29 September 2026 when checked.
- Read the company name. One licence can cover many domains, so confirm which company holds yours.
- Check Ireland separately. None holds an Irish casino licence; Puntit’s Irish permit covers its sportsbook only.
How to Verify a Provably Fair Result Yourself
Provably fair is a maths check you run yourself rather than a badge an operator wears. The site commits to a hidden result before the round and reveals its workings afterwards, so you can confirm nothing changed. When I checked between 1 and 22 September 2026, none of the eleven offered provably fair games, so use these steps wherever you play.
- Before betting, copy the hashed server seed the site shows. That hash is its commitment.
- Set your own client seed. If the site will not let you edit it, the check is worthless.
- Play the round and note the nonce, which rises by one with every bet.
- After the round, the site reveals the raw server seed. Hash it yourself with SHA-256.
- Compare the two hashes. A mismatch means the seed changed after you bet.
- Recompute the outcome from both seeds and the nonce, then check it matches what you were paid.
Why Minimal Verification Is a Risk and Not a Feature
Many crypto casinos sell light identity checks as speed, but those checks are what tie a balance to you. Slots Gallery was the only site that asked for documents before crypto play, and the other nine funded sites asked at the first withdrawal, when the money was already inside.

Inky.bet heads our list on breadth: 23 coins at the cashier, the most of any site here, a three-minute registration and 8,498 casino games. On crypto payments it was the slowest of the six reviewed, and its first withdrawal took 90 hours 36 minutes to approve against a published two days.
The homepage says the site operates under a gaming licence but names no authority or number, and its terms name GREGAWEY LIMITADA. A domain search on the Anjouan register finds the licence in seconds, held by 3-102-937541 SRL across thirteen sites, so the licence exists but Inky.bet never tells you.

Slots Gallery was the only brand whose two withdrawals landed within ten minutes of each other, at 2h 53m and 3h 03m. The reason sits in clause 2.7 of its terms, which requires identity documents before you may play with bitcoin at all.
Verification therefore happens before your money is at stake rather than when you want it back, so there is no first-withdrawal penalty. The cost comes at the front: registration took five minutes, the slowest here, and its own policy admits that deposit limits cannot always be applied to cryptocurrency transactions.

BetiBet produced the fastest withdrawal I timed, 47 minutes on 28 August 2026, with the decision taking twelve of those minutes. Identity documents were requested during that same first withdrawal, which shows that verification itself did not make a site slow.
The second withdrawal was approved in thirteen minutes at 16:34, then arrived at 09:18 the next morning, stretched to 16h 57m by the payout batch alone. Its marketing claims Curacao accreditation while its footer and terms name Tobique, and no register supports the Curacao claim.

4. Alexander Casino
Alexander Casino runs on the same company, licence number and cashier as Dublinbet, down to an identical Litecoin minimum of €50 where every other coin sits at €20. Same paperwork and platform, yet it missed its published window on both withdrawals while Dublinbet decided inside half an hour.
Its terms promise a decision in 12 working hours, and the decisions came after 19h 38m and 21h 32m, both inside the 72-hour outer limit the same clause allows. Funds reached my wallet in 22h 52m and 24h 48m, which makes the 12-hour headline more of a best case than a promise.

5. Dublinbet
Dublinbet approved withdrawals in 27 and then 28 minutes against a published 24 hours, the widest outperformance I measured. Its responsible gambling tools are the only genuinely self-service set here, with limit decreases applied immediately and increases held for seven days.
The name misleads, because there is no Irish locale, no Irish licence, and every Irish URL returned a 404. It runs on the Anjouan licence held by Samaki Limited, the identical number and company behind Alexander Casino, and clause 2.2.10 warns that any ether deposit under 0.01 ETH “will be considered lost”.

6. Brutal Casino
Brutal Casino decided both withdrawals in 36 and 32 minutes against a published 12 working hours. Its welcome bonus carries no wagering requirement on winnings, which is rare enough to note, though the bonus itself is sticky and can never be withdrawn.
The licence paperwork does not reconcile, because clause 1.3 cites Antigua licence 2410 and clause 1.5 cites 3374. The FSRC register confirms Atum Poisson Ltd is licensed until 3 March 2027, shows no number, and lists brutalcasino.com as the licensed domain.

What a Crypto Deposit and Withdrawal Actually Costs
A bitcoin deposit cost between 1.00% and 2.44% of the amount moved in 2026, or €1.30 to €2.94 per deposit, and every cent went to the exchange rather than the casino. No crypto casino on this list charged its own fee on crypto deposits and withdrawals, so the cost of a round trip sits almost entirely on the way in.

Both requests went in on a Thursday and sat across a weekend, so the timings compare fairly. Bitcoin came back a full day sooner but cost 1.96% to put in, and the card deposit was withdrawn unwagered rather than played through.
Network Fees by Coin and Chain
I tested bitcoin because it was the one coin at every crypto cashier on the list, so this table covers bitcoin only and I have not published a fee for any coin or chain I did not send. Kraken sent nine of the ten deposits and Coinbase the other, and the send fee ran from €1.30 to €2.94 per deposit.
The fee is set by the exchange rather than the casino, and it did not track deposit size: €130 at Alexander Casino cost 1.00% while €120 at FestivalPlay cost 2.44%. So the exchange you buy from shapes the cost of crypto deposits more than the crypto casino you send them to.
The Exchange Spread Nobody Counts
This is the cost I cannot measure, and the reason is the finding. Kraken publishes a 1.5% fee on instant buys and 0.80% taker at tier one, Coinbase publishes 1.875% and Revolut 1.49% on its standard plan, yet none of the three publishes a number for the spread itself.
Kraken’s own schedule says it may retain any excess spread from a transaction. Those are published rates rather than our measurement, the deposit table above excludes them entirely, and that gap is worth remembering when turning data into decisions about any expected return.
The Casino’s Own Margin
I expected a skim at the cashier and found none. Valuing the bitcoin that arrived at the rate I had just paid, six casinos credited to the cent and four differed, two of them in my favour, with the largest gap €0.31 at Alexander Casino on a €130 deposit.
Our Measured Round Trip by Brand
Getting money out of a crypto casino cost nothing, because the casinos covered the €0.50 to €0.60 network fee on the way out. What landed matched what I requested to within €0.19, all of it bitcoin price movement.
Speed is where the operators separate. Slots Gallery, BetiBet, Dublinbet and Brutal Casino decided every withdrawal inside an hour whatever the day, while the other six took 19 to 27 hours midweek and 70 to 115 hours across a weekend.
That is the signature of a person reviewing requests in office hours, yet all six advertise instant crypto withdrawals, so a Friday request can mean roughly four days instead of one.

Revenue’s crypto-asset manual says no special tax rules are needed for crypto-asset transactions, and treats a sale, transfer or redemption as most likely a disposal for CGT purposes unless you are trading in crypto-assets. Winning and cashing out are therefore two separate events in 2026.
The gain Revenue looks at is the change in the coin’s value between it reaching your crypto wallet and you selling it, calculated as sale proceeds less the cost of the asset, at the rate and exemption given above.
What to Check for Your Own Position
Payment deadlines run ahead of the return, and they are the part people most often miss. Gains on disposals from 1 January to 30 November are paid by 15 December that year, December disposals by 31 January following, and the return is filed by 31 October of the next year on a CG1, Form 11 or Form 12.
Revenue also says records must be kept for six years, which at a crypto casino means every deposit, withdrawal and conversion, not only the wins. It publishes nothing on winnings received in crypto and later sold, so anyone with a real position should put it to Revenue or an accountant.
