Weight Watchers Diet
The best thing about the Weight Watchers Diet is that you can eat whatever you want. There are no off-limit foods.
The Weight Watchers Program launched in November 2010. Many studies have shown that once you’re on this diet, pounds tend to stay off. The PointsPlus plan promises to lose 1-2 pounds weekly. This is personalized to your body like your height, weight, gender and age. Foods are given points value based on its carbohydrate, fat, protein, calories and fiber.
Dense foods (like vegetables and fruits) that keep you full for a long duration will cost points the least.
You will gain points on more than 40,000 foods on the Weight Watchers’ site. Processed foods, for instance, has the highest point values (should be consumed less often and smaller amounts). Healthy foods like fruit and vegetables have zero points (should be eaten as much as you want).
Simple Start is a 2-week starter program that has around 40 meal ideas, tips when eating out, photos of recommended portion sizes, motivational support and snack, drink and dessert ideas.
By following the diet online, you can
