American Football Store

American football is a gear-heavy sport, and there is a large market to match it — coaching manuals and team histories, protective equipment for players at every level, replica jerseys, and collectible cards and memorabilia. This page is the starting point for football shopping on Topend Sports, and for the pages on this site that explain what the gear actually does.

Please note: our online store listings are currently unavailable. The guide pages linked below are unaffected, and the store links have been left in place for when the listings return.

Equipment and Gear

Before you buy, it helps to know what is required and what is optional. Our equipment guide covers the helmet, shoulder pads, padded pants, mouthguard and cleats that players need, the optional gloves and protective cups, the officials' kit, and the dimensions of the field itself.
