You may not think that playing with a frisbee would be physically demanding, but if you ever see a game of Ultimate Frisbee being played you will be surprised at the physical demands that are required to excel at this sport.
To be a successful Ultimate player, you need good speed, acceleration, power, agility, strength and endurance. Not much really! Of yeah, some exceptional skill would be handy.
