One or Three Day Food Diary Analysis

For both the one day and three day dietary analysis, you get a comprehensive evaluation of your macro and micro nutrient intake, with a personalized report with recommendations by Clare.

The report includes: percentage breakdown of your carbohydrates, protein, fat and fiber intake, breakdown of saturated, mono-unsaturated and poly unsaturated fats, your energy intake, and details about your intake of up to 28 vitamins and minerals, and % of daily requirement.

You will receive this report, with additional feedback and personal recommendations provided by Clare. The price also includes limited email communication with the dietitian after the report has been sent to clarify any of the information it contains.Keeping a Food Diary

The one-day food diary analysis is being offered for an introductory price of only US$20. Why is this so cheap? We are offering this so cheaply because once you see how useful a food diary analysis is, you may want to purchase the comprehensive analysis of a three day food diary with many extra benefits, though you will be under no obligation to do so.

The three day diary analysis includes the same report as the single day analysis, though using food intake data over three days provides a much more accurate analysis. As there is more accurate information provided, Clare will be able to provide more specific feedback and recommendations. The cost for the three day analysis and report is US$49.

Follow these steps for your food diary analysis:

  1. Keeping a Food DiaryKeep a food diary for one or three days, depending on what package you want (download the diaries here), and follow the food diary guidelines to complete it accurately. Incomplete forms cannot be analyzed.
  2. Send your completed diary to Clare. You can either scan it and send, or if you do not have that capability, you can send all the details in an email.
  3. Once Clare receives you diary, and has checked that it has been adequately completed and she has all the information required, you will be sent an invoice which you can paid securely online.
  4. When the payment has been confirmed, you will receive, in just a few days, a complete analysis and personalized feedback of your diet.
