Revamped Sports Nutrition Section

Hi and welcome to this sports nutrition update. My name is Clare Wood and I am a sports dietitian. I am very excited to have taken over the sports nutrition section of Topend Sports. I have previously worked with an array of elite athletes - including Olympic swimmers and gymnasts, AFL players, International Australian cricket players, as well as sub-elite athletes - from sports like state rugby, track and field, netball, hockey, rowing and cycling.

Sports nutrition covers a lot of different areas, from staying hydrated, feeding athletes while travelling, optimal eating before, during and after exercise, to the controversial area of supplements. Below is a list of some of my recently added articles.
