Malta at the Winter Olympics

Malta first attended the Winter Olympic Games in Sochi, Russia in 2014.

French-born Élise Pellegrin became the first-ever Maltese Winter Olympian when she competed in women’s giant slalom and women’s slalom alpine skiing in 2014. She was again the sole Maltese representative at the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics, where she was disqualified from the giant slalom, and finished 50th in the slalom.
