New Zealand at the Netball World Cup
New Zealand has hosted the three times (1975 Auckland, 1999 Christchurch and 2007 Auckland). They have also won the tournament five times (the last time in 2019) and have never finished lower then 3rd place. New Zealand is one of four nations which has played at every World Cup since 1963.
Trivia
- In 2007, Fiji was scheduled to host the tournament but was stripped of the right as a result of the December 2006 coup. Hosting rights were subsequently awarded to New Zealand.
