Tanganyika at the Commonwealth Games
Tanganyika competed at only once at the Commonwealth Games, in 1962. Tanganyika merged with Zanzibar in 1964 to form Tanzania, so athletes from this region have continued to appear at the commonwealth Games representing Tanzania. Many records combine the results of Tanganyika with Tanzania.
