Chest Stretch

  • pectorals, deltoid

Description

  1. Stand tall with your feet shoulder width apart and your knees slightly bent
  2. Hold you arms out horizontally to the side at shoulder height, with the palms of the hand facing forward
  3. Stretch the arms back as far as possible and hold this position

Nstretching the chest wallotes

  • You should feel the stretch across your chest
  • You may increase this stretch by placing one of your hand against a strationary object, and twisting your upper body around. You will need to repeat this for each side of the body.
