Chest Stretch
Muscles Stretched
- pectorals, deltoid
Description
- Stand tall with your feet shoulder width apart and your knees
slightly bent
- Hold you arms out horizontally to the side at shoulder height,
with the palms of the hand facing forward
- Stretch the arms back as far as possible and hold this position

- You should feel the stretch across your chest
- You may increase this stretch by placing one of your hand against a strationary object, and twisting your upper body around. You will need to repeat this for each side of the body.
