National LawFit Challenge
The National LawFit Challenge is an annual event where hundreds of police officers compete in fitness tests and obstacles to determine who has the most physically fit law enforcement officers in the country. All law enforcement agencies in the United States can participate.
The LawFit Challenge consists of a series of six fitness and job related competitive events:
- One Repetition Maximum Bench Press (Based of percentage of Body weight)
- One minute timed Sit-Up Test
- Pull-Ups
- Flexibility test
- 1.5 Mile Run
- 200 yard Agility Course (Suspect Pursuit)
