Body Tracker Software - Instructions

If you have bought the body tracker software, you may be wondering, what now? Here are some basic instructions to get you started. Explore the program to find out even more features.

  1. INSTALL - The program is self-installing, which means all you have to do is insert the cd into your computer's CD-ROM drive. If it does not start, run the file setup.exe on the cd.
  2. CREATE USER - Enter your personal details so you can start using the program. You will need to enter your name, gender, the units you wish to use (metric or imperial), current weight, desired body fat percentage and age. Save these details, and you are now ready to start using the software.
  3. RECORD AND ENTER - All you need is a tape measure, fat caliper, or body fat scale, and Body Tracker will show you exactly how to take your measurements. Select the date of the measurement (choose 'today' or select another date). On the record tab, click on the measurements you wish to record (body fat, tape measurements, BMI or blood pressure). For each measurement you can click the camera image for a description of the measurement. There are also video instructions available (you need an internet connection).
  4. CALCULATE - Body Tracker will do all the calculations for you. Once all the fields are filled in, click on the calculate button, then save the result.
