- ACSM Annual Meeting — More than 6,000 professionals from around the world attend this comprehensive sports medicine and exercise science meeting. The next meeting is May 2019 in Orlando, Florida.
- Congress of the European College of Sport Science (ECSS) - held annually, next event July 2019 in Prague, Czechia.
- BASES Conference - The flagship event for the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences, held over two days in the UK. Next event is in November, 2019.
- Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) Conference - The largest sport science conference in the southern hemisphere, held every two years. Next event in 2020.
- Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP) Annual Conference
- International Biochemistry of Exercise Conference (IBEC) - a high-level scientific meeting organized every 3 years for 50 years in the area of exercise sciences with a focus on integrative exercise physiology, biochemistry, molecular biology and sports nutrition.
