Lizards are natural racers. The events are easy to set up too. Place the lizards in the center of a ring and wait until the first one reaches the edge of the circle.

There is a Lizard Racing Championship held at Paroo Track in Queensland, Australia, around August/September each year.

The Paroo Lizard Race Track is in Eulo (67 kilometers west of Cunnamulla). Eulo has a population of about 70 people, so you can image the impact of 5000 people who come each year when the races are on.
