NAB League (Girls) Fitness Testing 2022
The NAB League Girls 2022 testing day was held at La Trobe University Sports Fields on December 19, 2021 in Melbourne. This combine day involved the players performing a series of fitness tests under the watchful eye of NAB League, AFLW and VFLW recruiters. The tests included; the yo-yo test, 20m sprint, agility and vertical jump.
Unfortunately, we have not been able to find any specific player results from this testing day.
