Wrist Extension StretchMuscles Stretched: forearm flexors


  1. Hold out your arm with the palm facing down.
  2. Bend the fingers and palm at the wrist.
  3. Grab your fingers with the other hand and pull them back and towards the body.
  4. Hold the stretch.
  5. Repeat for the other hand.
