Sport Concussion Assessment Tool

The SCAT is a standardized method of evaluating people after concussion in sport, composed of a series of questions and assessments. There are different versions of the assessment, SCAT, SCAT2 and SCAT3. The SCAT3 was developed at the 2012 International Summit on Concussion in Zurich, and supersedes the original SCAT and the SCAT2 published in 2005 and 2009, respectively. There is also a version for children under 13, the Child-SCAT3, also released in 2012.
