The 2025 FA Cup
The FA Cup, the oldest football competition in the world, brings together teams from all levels of English football in a thrilling knockout format. The 2025 tournament is the 144th time the competition has been held.
The FA Cup for the 2024-2025 season began with qualifying games on 3 August 2024, with games in the proper tournament involving 124 teams starting on 2 November 2024.
The defending champions are Manchester United, who beat Manchester City in the 2024 Final for their 13th FA Cup title.
The 2025 FA Cup Final will be held on May 17 at Wembley Stadium, London. Crystal Palace won it for the first time, defeating Manchester City 1-0 in the final.
