Wrestling at the Commonwealth Games

Wrestling is one of the optional Commonwealth Games sports, and has been on most programs since 1930 (except 1990 and 1998, 2006).

There have been both Greco-Roman and Freestyle wrestling events held, though mostly it has been freestyle. In Gold Coast in 2018, there will be freestyle wrestling events for both men and women. The only time Greco-Roman Wrestling was held was in 2010.
