Botswana at the Commonwealth Games
Botswana is a landlocked plateau in Southern Africa. Botswana became a member of the Commonwealth in 1966 soon after becoming a Republic.
Trivia
- Botswana did not appear at a Commonwealth Games until 1974, and have appeared at all Commonwealth Games since except the 1978 Games.
- They have enjoyed medal success notably in athletics, boxing and lawn bowls.
