We test new casino sites serving Irish players as they launch, tracing each licence to its register, funding real accounts and timing withdrawals. Last verified October 2026.
Topend Sports has published measurement-led analysis since 1997. We earn a commission on accounts opened through a link here, and that fee never changes a rank. Every brand’s drawbacks are set out in its review. 18+ only. Gambling can be addictive, and Gambling Care is on 1800 936 725.
Most new casinos serving the Irish market are licensed offshore, and the ones here hold licences from Curacao, Tobique, Anjouan and Antigua and Barbuda, checked 30 August 2026. The brand-by-brand breakdown for these Irish online casinos sits in the licensing section below.
Top 5 New Online Casinos for Irish Players
Inkybet tops our list of new online casinos for Irish players, with 8,497 counted games and a welcome package of up to €3,000 across three deposits. Festivalplay had the best payout speed in our test, at 45 hours 41 minutes, and Goldenplay gives the longest time to clear its bonus, at 30 days.
1. Inkybet
Inkybet is the newest arrival among these new online casinos, its domain registered in April 2026. Its own sitemap counted 8,497 casino games on 30 August 2026, more than any of the other new casinos here except Slotsgallery, across 68 providers including Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw, Evolution and Ezugi. Its welcome package runs across three deposits, 325 percent up to €3,000 and 150 free spins in total, starting with 150 percent up to €500 and 75 free spins on the first.
The Anjouan register lists inky.bet under licence ALSI-202509069-FI2, checked 29 September 2026. Visa and Mastercard work both ways alongside Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut and crypto, and Irish players should use debit cards only, since credit cards have been banned for gambling in Ireland since February 2026.
- Launched. 2026, domain registered April 2026.
- Licence and number. Anjouan ALSI-202509069-FI2, the same licence as Fanobet.
- First withdrawal, measured. 91 hours 20 minutes to a Mastercard. €40 minimum.
- Payment methods at cashier. Visa and Mastercard both ways, debit only under Irish law. Revolut and both mobile wallets deposit.
We tested Inkybet casino in Ireland, showing deposit methods including Visa, Revolut, and Crypto.

2. Festivalplay
Among these new online casinos, Festivalplay’s Curacao licence verifies cleanly. It publishes Curacao licence OGL/2024/181/0181, and that number appears at row 357 of the regulator’s registry, checked 30 August 2026. The festivalplay.com domain also appears on the Anjouan register, under licence ALSI-202505009-FI1.
The cost sits in the welcome bonus. Its 40x wagering requirements apply to deposit plus bonus, and the operator’s worked example puts €100 matched by €100 at €8,000 of turnover in 21 days. Live casino, blackjack and baccarat contribute nothing, so it is an online slots offer, and winnings from the bonus are capped at 10 times the bonus.
- Launched. 2024. Domain registered August 2024, terms updated the same month.
- Licence and number. Curacao OGL/2024/181/0181, matched on the registry, checked 30 August 2026.

3. Slotsgallery
18+ | New players only | Wagering, banking, T&C apply. | www.gambleaware.org
Slotsgallery runs one of the broadest cashiers among these new casinos. Its FAQ names debit cards, Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter, ecoPayz, both mobile wallets, bank transfers and cryptocurrency, adding MiFinity for withdrawals.
The welcome bonus moves fast. Its banner advertises up to €6,500, a welcome package total, while the first deposit is 100 percent up to €777 with 100 free spins, carrying 40x and just five days to clear, the tightest window here.
- Launched. 2021.

4. Betibet
If a large win is the worry, Betibet publishes the highest withdrawal limits of the new online casinos here. Withdrawals run to €15,000 a day and €100,000 a month in euro, rising to €75,000 daily in cryptocurrency. Jackpot wins, progressive jackpots included, are paid in full outside those limits.
The welcome bonus works the other way. Its 100 percent match up to €1,000 carries 35x on deposit and bonus combined, then a separate 40x on free spins winnings, inside seven days. Both must clear, which makes the headline figure the least useful number.
- Launched. 2022.
- Licence and number. Tobique licence 0000002.
- First withdrawal, measured. 53 hours 40 minutes to Skrill, inside published limits.
- Payment methods at cashier. Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter, MiFinity, Jeton, AstroPay and seven cryptocurrencies.

5. Goldenplay
Goldenplay sets out its cash-out policy in more detail than any of the other new online casinos here. The minimum deposit and the minimum withdrawal are both €10, or €50 by wire, against €40 at Inkybet. Wallets clear in up to four business days, wire or Visa in up to ten.
Its bonus terms are set out in the same detail, down to maximum bet limits of €2 while a bonus is active, and its 35x wagering falls on the bonus alone rather than the deposit.
- Launched. 2025.
- Licence and number. Tobique licence 0000011.
- First withdrawal, measured. 52 hours to Neteller, against up to four business days published for wallets.
- Payment methods at cashier. Wire transfer, Visa, Skrill and Neteller for withdrawals.

How We Test a New Casino
All the new online casinos here are judged on the same five things, payout speed, licence, offer value, game range and usability, and every figure comes from our own accounts, the regulators’ registers or the operators’ own terms.
What We Check at New Casino Sites
Each check is set before any account is opened, and each result comes from the evidence beside it, never from an estimate.
- Payout speed. One funded withdrawal each, timed from request to the money landing.
- Licence and safety. The licence number and company traced to the regulator’s own register.
- Offer value under the stated wagering requirements. The expected cost of clearing the bonus on a €100 deposit.
- Game and product range. Counted from the operator’s own sitemap where possible, with Slotsgallery’s game library largest at 13,000 plus.
- Usability. Whether both cashier lists are published, and how quickly an account opens.
The Checks We Run Before a Brand Is Listed
Each check gives a result a reader can reproduce, and all five run at all the new casinos we test.
- Register trace. The footer number goes into the issuing regulator’s own register.
- Licensee check. The licence holder named on the site matched to the register.
- Full terms read. Bonus, payment and general terms, for wagering requirements and cashout caps.
- Cashier against Irish law. Prohibited routes flagged, credit cards banned here since 5 February 2026.
- Counted range. Casino games and provider counts come from the operator’s own sitemap.
We open an account at each of the new online casino sites we test and time it. Median registration was two minutes across two to three screens, and none demanded identity documents to complete registration.

Signs We Check Before Recommending a New Casino
-
A licence number that appears on the issuing regulator’s own register, under the same company named on the site.
-
A cashier that offers Irish players only lawful payment methods, with no credit cards for gambling.
-
A headline offer that matches what the bonus terms actually pay.
-
Clear disclosure where two brands run on one licence number.
Are New Online Casinos Legal in Ireland?
Playing at new online casinos in Ireland is not an offence for the player, and none of these sites is licensed here. The Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland opened its first licence applications on 9 February 2026 and began issuing licences on 1 July 2026, for remote betting only. Casino licensing has not commenced and no date has been announced, so all the new casinos here are regulated somewhere else or not visibly at all.
What the Gambling Regulation Act 2024 Established
The Gambling Regulation Act 2024 created the Authority and repealed the Betting Act 1931, though the Gaming and Lotteries Act 1956 has not yet been repealed. It allows the regulator to licence operators, run a National Gambling Exclusion Register, restrict advertising and fine operators up to €20 million or 10 percent of turnover, with commencement staged rather than switched on at once.
- Commencement began on 5 March 2025, when the Authority was established, and an order from 5 February 2026 opened the first licence applications.
- Credit-card gambling was prohibited from 5 February 2026, so no operator should offer Irish players that route.
- The first remote betting licences issued on 1 July 2026. Casino licensing has no announced commencement date.
- Age and identity checks became mandatory for remote licensed operators from 1 July 2026.
- The Act’s 5.30am to 9pm advertising watershed has not yet commenced, so it does not apply yet.
- Section 157 inducement rules have not commenced, so publicly advertised bonuses remain lawful to describe.
Which Regulators Actually Licence These Sites
The common assumption is that an Irish casino site holds a Malta Gaming Authority licence. Not one of these new online casinos in Ireland does, checked across every footer, terms page and licensing page on 30 August 2026, and that matters because an MGA licence can be checked by number on the regulator’s own register.
- Curacao Gaming Authority. Festivalplay and Puntit, with numbers on the published registry.
- Tobique Gaming Commission. Slotsgallery, Betibet and Goldenplay. The register lists companies but no numbers.
- Anjouan. Inkybet and Fanobet share one licence and Dublinbet and Alexander share another, with Tip-Top on a third. The register publishes each number with its expiry date.
- Antigua and Barbuda. Brutal, whose licence is listed as active on the register.
Beyond the five reviewed above, Alexander, Fanobet, Dublinbet, Puntit, Tip-Top and Brutal also accept Irish players. The licence behind each one is set out below.

What Recourse an Irish Player Actually Has
Recourse at these new casinos follows the licence, and for most of this roster that means a regulator with no Irish presence and no duty to an Irish complainant. The Authority’s remit does not reach casinos it has not licensed, and the exclusion register opens only when the Act is fully commenced.
- Where a number verifies, a complaint can go to the issuing authority.
- Where the register carries no numbers, a player cannot show which licence covers the site they used.
- No Irish licence means no Irish recourse, since the Authority covers only operators it has licensed itself.
Bonuses at New Casinos
The euro figure on a new casino launch banner tells you least about what a welcome bonus is worth. What decides it is the multiple, the base it applies to and how long you have. Across the new casinos reviewed here, wagering requirements run from 35x to 40x, the base splits between bonus only and deposit plus bonus, and windows range from five days to 30.

Wagering Multiples Compared
Two things set a multiple’s weight at new online casinos, the number and whether it lands on the bonus alone or the deposit too. The same 40x wagering requirements cost twice as much with the deposit included, the difference between €4,000 and €8,000 of turnover on €100, before free spins winnings.
- Bonus only is the lighter base. Inkybet, Slotsgallery and Goldenplay use it, halving the turnover a new casino bonus demands.
- Deposit plus bonus doubles the work. Festivalplay and Betibet apply theirs to the combined sum.
- Two brands run a second multiple. Betibet and Goldenplay add 40x on free spins winnings, on top of the base.
We checked each of these new casino sites for no deposit bonuses on 30 August 2026 and found none advertised. Reload casino bonuses and no deposit bonuses sit outside this page. Only the welcome deposit bonuses are scored here.
Time Limits and Expiry
A short window is a cost rather than a detail, and all the new casinos here set their own. Turnover not completed inside it forfeits the bonus and everything riding on it, so 40x over five days is far harder than over 21, and the clock starts when the bonus lands.
- Slotsgallery is tightest at five days, the shortest window among these new online casinos.
- Inkybet and Betibet both allow seven days from the moment the new casino bonus lands.
- Goldenplay allows 30 days on the bonus, but 24 hours to start its 100 free spins.
- Festivalplay allows 21 days, second only to Goldenplay, though its free spins expire after seven.
What a Launch Offer Really Costs to Clear
Take a €100 first deposit at any of these new casinos, apply the multiple to the base the bonus terms name, and price the turnover at a 4 percent house edge, the usual margin on online slots at 96 percent return to player. That gives the expected cost of clearing.
- No offer here carries positive expectation on these assumptions, which is the ordinary case.
- Festivalplay costs most to clear because its multiple lands on €200, not €100.
- Goldenplay is cheapest to clear, since its 35x falls on the bonus alone, though bonus winnings convert only up to five times the bonus.
- Game weighting moves every figure. European roulette counts 10 percent at Festivalplay, so turnover rises tenfold.

Payment Methods Available at New Irish Casinos
All the new online casinos reviewed here name cards in some form, bank transfers appear at most, and mobile wallets at only two. Ireland has prohibited credit cards for gambling since February 2026, so the only lawful card route is debit, where the operator supports it. Our guide to payment methods in Ireland explains how each one works. Every cashier below was opened with an Irish account, and each was funded with real money.
Cards and Bank Transfer
Card support is the least consistent thing across these new casinos, and Festivalplay takes cards to deposit while refusing them for withdrawals. Debit cards are the only lawful card route for Irish players.
- Inkybet takes Visa and Mastercard both ways, debit only, with a €40 minimum withdrawal.
- Festivalplay takes debit cards for deposits only, with Visa and Mastercard barred for withdrawals.
- Slotsgallery accepts debit cards both ways and sets a €300 transfer minimum.
- Betibet adds Maestro alongside Visa and Mastercard, plus direct bank transfers.
- Goldenplay names wire transfer and Visa, with a €50 wire minimum and no Mastercard listed.
E-Wallets, Apple Pay and Google Pay
Mobile wallets are rarer at these new online casinos than the marketing suggests. Two of these new casinos carry both mobile wallets, two carry Revolut, and the e-wallet range varies widely from brand to brand, which makes the wallet list the fastest way to tell them apart.
- Slotsgallery carries the widest set, with Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter, ecoPayz, MiFinity, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Inkybet and Festivalplay both carry Revolut, which no other brand here offered on 30 August 2026.
- Mobile wallets take deposits only at Inkybet, so payouts need a second method nominated.
- Betibet runs six wallets, Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter, MiFinity, Jeton and AstroPay, but neither mobile wallet.
- Goldenplay names Skrill and Neteller for withdrawals.
Our Measured Withdrawal Times at Each New Casino
We requested a withdrawal at each of these new Irish casinos and timed it to the money landing. The median payout was 52 hours, the fastest 45 hours 41 minutes at Festivalplay and the slowest 91 hours 20 minutes at Inkybet.
- Festivalplay quotes up to seven days and paid in 45 hours 41 minutes, the fastest we timed.
- Goldenplay quotes up to four business days for wallets, and paid in 52 hours to Neteller, quicker than Betibet and Inkybet.
- Betibet promises funds within an hour of processing, and this new casino took 53 hours 40 minutes.
- Inkybet commits only to a decision in two days, and took 91 hours 20 minutes to pay.
- Every one of these new casino sites we timed asked for identity documents at withdrawal rather than at signup.

Games and Software Providers at New Casino Sites
Counted numbers and claimed numbers are different things, and this section keeps them apart for every new casino reviewed. Three of these new online casinos have a figure we counted against their own systems, one displays a lobby total and one states a slots figure.
Counted Game Numbers by Brand
A counted number at a new online casino comes from its own sitemap or category page, a displayed number is what the lobby reports, and a claimed number is marketing. Every figure below will drift with each new release, so treat it as a snapshot rather than a fixed total.
- Slotsgallery counted 13,000 plus, the deepest library of online casino games on this page.
- Inkybet’s game library counted 8,497 titles, from its own game sitemap, the figure we verified end to end.
- Betibet states over 3,000 slot games on its own games page, with no total across categories.
- Goldenplay displays 1,832 in its lobby search, an exact figure rather than a rounded claim.
- Festivalplay counted 1,700 plus, the smallest game library of the three we counted.
Live Dealer Coverage
Live dealer games are the most consistent product across these new casinos and the least differentiated. Evolution appears at Inkybet, Slotsgallery and Betibet, and what separates each live casino is how many studios sit alongside it.
- Betibet’s live casino runs seven studios, Evolution, Playtech, Pragmatic Play Live, Winfinity, Skywind, Beter Live and ALG.
- Goldenplay counts 100 live casino games, including 29 roulette and 27 blackjack tables.
- Inkybet’s live casino runs four studios, Evolution, Ezugi, Winfinity and AE Sexy, across six room types.
- Slotsgallery’s live casino carries four, Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi and LuckyStreak.
- Festivalplay’s live casino games contribute nothing toward its welcome offer, unlike its slots.
Which Providers Each Brand Carries
Provider counts at the brands we counted run from 68 to more than 90, but the overlap is heavy. Pragmatic Play appears at Inkybet, Slotsgallery, Betibet and Goldenplay, and NetEnt, Play’n GO, Hacksaw and Yggdrasil recur across most of these new casinos, so the real differences sit in the tail rather than the headline count.
- Slotsgallery lists over 90 providers, the deepest catalogue on this page.
- Festivalplay and Inkybet run 69 and 68, both counted from the operators’ own filters.
- Betibet adds Playtech and Skywind to the usual set, alongside Microgaming, Amusnet and Quickspin.
- Goldenplay names Spinoro, GAMZIX and BGaming alongside Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Hacksaw and Play’n GO.
New Casinos Compared With Established Irish Sites
Choosing between new casinos and established Irish online casinos is a trade-off rather than a ranking. New casino sites compete on the welcome package, the cashier and how fast you can sign up, while established sites compete on a track record you can read. Inkybet, the newest brand here, launched in 2026, so its record is still being written.
Where New Casino Sites Come Out Ahead
The advantages new online casinos offer are real, and on this page they come from our own accounts and the operators’ own terms.
- Bigger welcome package. Inkybet’s runs across three deposits, 325 percent up to €3,000 and 150 free spins in total, with 75 of the spins on the first.
- Lighter wagering base. Inkybet, Slotsgallery and Goldenplay apply their wagering requirements to the bonus alone, half the turnover of a deposit-plus-bonus rule.
- Modern payment methods. Inkybet and Festivalplay take Revolut, and Inkybet and Slotsgallery take Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Crypto both ways. Festivalplay and Betibet pay out in cryptocurrency as well as taking deposits in it, and our crypto casinos in Ireland guide covers more options.
- A large game library. Slotsgallery counted 13,000 plus games and Inkybet 8,497, though a big count does not always mean more unique titles.
- Fast signup. Median registration was two minutes, and every casino reviewed here left identity documents until the first withdrawal.
Where Established Casino Sites Still Win
What a new casino cannot offer yet is history. An established operator has years of payouts, disputes and player reviews you can read, while a brand launched in 2026 has months.
- A complaints record. How an operator settles a disputed withdrawal only shows over time, which also applies to new betting sites in Ireland.
- More player reviews. A long-running site has been tested by many players, so one slow payout is easier to put in context.
- Payout speed with a pattern. Our timed payouts at these new casinos ran from 45 hours 41 minutes to 91 hours 20 minutes, one withdrawal each, which is a snapshot rather than a pattern.
- Loyalty rewards with a history. A new site’s VIP scheme has no track record yet, so you cannot see what long-term players actually receive.

Set a deposit limit before you fund an account at any of these new Irish casinos, not after, and check the licence before you deposit rather than after a withdrawal stalls. Ireland’s National Gambling Exclusion Register is still not live in 2026, at new Irish casinos or anywhere else, so self-exclusion works one operator at a time. Gambling is for over 18s only, and underage gambling is prohibited.
Deposit Limits and Self-Exclusion
Deposit limits are the responsible gambling tool that works best set before it is needed. Fix a ceiling during registration, while the decision is still unemotional, and play responsibly from the first session rather than after a bad run.
- Set a deposit limit first. A ceiling chosen at signup is easier to hold than one imposed later.
- Self-exclusion is per operator. Excluding yourself at one site leaves every other account open.
- The national register is not live. The Act provides for one, and it has not commenced.
- Time-outs are the lighter of the responsible gambling tools. A cooling-off period suits a bad run better than closing an account.
Checking a Licence Before You Deposit
This takes two minutes and is the most useful thing to do before funding an account at any of these new online casino sites. Find the number in the footer, then search the register of the authority that issued it. If either half is missing, that absence is the answer.
- Find the licence number in the footer, alongside the company that holds it.
- Search the issuing register. Curacao publishes its list at cga.cw, and Anjouan and Tobique publish theirs on their own sites.
- Match the company, not the brand. Registers list licensed operators, so the brand name usually will not appear.
- Game fairness follows the regulator. Where a register publishes no numbers, no authority can be asked to test a game.
- Treat a missing number as a gap. A site naming no authority cannot be checked either way.
Where to Get Help
Support in Ireland is available directly and at no cost, whichever of these Irish online casinos the account sits with. The moment to act is before money becomes the visible problem, and the helpline below takes calls either way.
- Gambling Care, 1800 936 725. The helpline for anyone in Ireland affected by gambling.
- 18+ only. Underage gambling is prohibited, and no one under 18 may hold an account.
- Play responsibly from the first deposit. A limit set early beats one set in a bad week.
- Talk to someone early. Responsible gambling support does not wait for debts to drive the decisions.
Frequently Asked Questions About New Online Casinos
What is the best online casino now?
Inkybet is the best new online casino for Irish players on this page, ranked first as the newest brand here, arriving in 2026, with 8,497 counted games across 68 providers. For the fastest payout, Festivalplay paid our test withdrawal in 45 hours 41 minutes, and its Curacao licence matches the regulator’s registry.
What are the top 10 online casinos in Ireland?
The top ten new online casinos in Ireland on this page are Inkybet, Festivalplay, Slotsgallery, Betibet, Goldenplay, Alexander, Fanobet, Dublinbet, Puntit and Tip-Top, with Brutal also accepting Irish players. Alexander and Dublinbet share one licence number, so the choice is slightly narrower than it looks.
What are the top 3 online casinos for real money?
Inkybet, Festivalplay and Slotsgallery lead the new online casinos here. Inkybet brings the newest platform and 8,497 games, Festivalplay the fastest payout we timed at 45 hours 41 minutes, and Slotsgallery one of the widest choices of payment methods and a 13,000-plus game library.
Which online casinos in Ireland offer real money winnings?
All of these Irish casinos take euro deposits and pay winnings out. The differences sit in the small print. The minimum withdrawal runs from €10 at Goldenplay to €40 at Inkybet, and Festivalplay attaches a fee of up to 8 percent where a deposit turns over fewer than five times.
Are new online casinos safe?
Safety at a new online casino follows its licence. Most of the new casinos here name an offshore regulator, and Festivalplay and Puntit hold Curacao licences whose numbers match the public registry, checked 30 August 2026. Check the licence on the regulator’s own register before depositing, and set a deposit limit at signup.
Do I pay tax on casino winnings in Ireland?
Not on recreational play. Betting duty is charged to the operator rather than the customer, per the Department of Finance, and casual winnings are not treated as taxable income. Anyone gambling as a trade should take proper advice, because that changes the position entirely.
Do new online casinos offer no deposit bonuses?
None of the new casinos reviewed here advertised a no deposit bonus when we checked on 30 August 2026. Each runs a deposit match on signup instead, so read the wagering base and the clearing window before you deposit.
How can I tell how new a casino really is?
Check three dates. The licence issue date on the regulator’s register, the date on the site’s terms, and when its domain was registered. We use all three here, which is how we know Inkybet’s domain was registered in April 2026.
Do new casinos pay a higher RTP on slots?
Not by default. Return to player is set by the game provider rather than the casino’s age, and some providers supply the same slot in several RTP versions for the operator to choose from. Open the game’s information screen to see which version a casino runs.
