The information in this table is from a variety of sources. You will find that the level of caffeine found in some drinks such as coffee can vary by quite a bit depending on how it is made, because of factors such as roasting and grinding, as well as brewing time. The caffeine content of tea also is affected by how long it is brewed. Please use these figures as a guide only.
