Johnson wins Seoul 1988 Olympics Men’s 100m Final

Ben Johnson wins by ‘a mile’ in the men’s 100m sprint event. His time was 9.79 seconds. He was very quickly stripped of his win as he tested positive to performance enhancing drugs. Jones wins Sydney 2000 Olympics Women's 100m Final

Marion Jones wins by a mile (well by 0.37 seconds margin) in the women’s 100m sprint event. Her time was 10.87 seconds. She was subsequently stripped of her medals years later after it was found out that she had taken performance enhancers.

Olympic Tumbler Rowland Wolfe

Tumbling was a gymnastics event at the 1932 Olympic Games. Here is a video of the only Olympic Champion, Rowland "Flip" Wolfe of the United States, demonstrating some of his tumbling routines. His key move was the backflip with a double twist. He became the youngest ever male Olympic gymnastics champion – he was 17 years and 307 days old.

There was a Swedish Ling Gymnastics demonstration at the 1948 Olympic Games. Unfortunately, the video I had of it is no longer available. Here is another video of some Swedish women from the same year giving a demonstration. You can see where the opening ceremony has evolved from.
