Usain Bolt World Record 100m at Beijing Olympics

October 19th, 2009 · No Comments · Athletics

At the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt broke the world record in the 100m with a time of 9.69 seconds. It was just unbelievable how he burst away from the rest of the field, but a pity he eased up and maybe missed out on a few milliseconds. Anyway, a year later he broke the record again with a run of 9.58 seconds. Unfortunately the IOC block the showing of their video on other sites, so you only see still images and commentary here.
