Curl-Up Measuring Strip

The curl up measuring strip is a testing aid for use with the sit-up test that forms part of the Brockport Physical Fitness Test and the FitnessGram Program.

The strip is used by placing it under the knees when performing the curl up assessment. The starting position is with the fingertips on one edge of the strip. The width of the measuring strip indicates how far the student needs to curl up. There are two different width measuring strips depending on the age of the students.
