AFLW Combine Results for 2020
Here are the top fitness test results from the Women's AFL 2020 AFL draft combine. The testing was held at the player's home states, at various dates between September 21 and October 3, 2020. There was a total of 82 girls selected to be tested (see player list). The testing of the Victorian players was restricted to the 2km time trial test only, which was conducted using the Strava app - the players ran on their own under varying conditions. The yo-yo test was not conducted.
Testing Dates
- New South Wales/ACT - Tuesday 29 September
- Northern Territory - Saturday 3 October
- Queensland - Saturday 3 October
- South Australia – Wednesday 30 September
- Tasmania – Week of Monday 21 September
- Western Australia – Wednesday 30 September
- Victoria – 2km time trial only due to COVID-19 restrictions, completed at home

2-km time trial test
The Victorian players completed their 2km time trial using the Strava app, and their times are not official. Significant results from Victorian based players were: Eliza McNamara (Sandringham Dragons), 6:59, Winnie Laing (Sandringham Dragons), 7:27 and Mimi Hill (Oakleigh Chargers), 7:30.
