Super Bowl 1974
The 1974 Super Bowl, officially known as Super Bowl VIII, was played on January 13, 1974 at Rice Stadium in Houston, Texas. This game saw the Miami Dolphins defeat the Minnesota Vikings by a score of 24-7.
Miami dominated the game, with running back Larry Csonka rushing for 145 yards and two touchdowns to earn the MVP award. The Dolphins' defense was also strong, holding the Vikings to just 7 points and forcing two turnovers.
This was the third Super Bowl win for the Miami Dolphins.
