Kabaddi at the Commonwealth Games - a Demonstration Sport

There are reports of an exhibition of Kabaddi at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi, India, but no details of the games have been found.

In 2022, the British Kabaddi League was launched, with games played in Birmingham in the months prior to the Commonwelath Games, but in no way were they part of the Commonwealth Games or sanctioned by the CGF.

The sport has never been on the official Commonwealth Games program, however, kabaddi has been a regular feature at the Asian Games since 1990.
