In celebration of the 2012 London Olympics, the Royal Mint released a twenty-nine piece commemorative coin set. The reverse side of the coins were designed by members of the public in a design competition. There were nearly 30,000 entries.
The following coins are ones to look out for, as they appear to be rarer. Another coin to look our for is the Olympic 50p swimming. There were a small amount (about 600) printed with an error - there were lines going across the swimmers face.
