About Fitness Testing at Topend Sports

The Topend Sports website is began in 1997 as an online collection of fitness tests while I was studying Human Movement at The University of Western Australia (UWA). From there the site grew sporadically when I found time to work on it. Over time the site has been hosted on a couple of different website domains.

From 1997 to 1999 it was on the UWA server: http://www.general.uwa.edu.au/
u/rjwood/Welcome.html

In early 2000 it was moved to http://www.fitness.testing.8m.com

The site finally reached www.topendsports.com in 2001.

This website has developed as a free online resource by responding to what people are searching for and asking questions about. If you have any comments or suggestions, I would love to hear from you.
