Answer
The correct answer is dark meat chicken (e.g. drumstick). Surprisingly, the dark meat of the chicken drumstick contains a protein called myoglobin, which is full of iron. Also, it has more than twice the amount of zinc as the white meat that is found in the chicken breast. So, although the drumstick has more fat than the breast, it also has more nutrients. Also to consider, much of the fat in the dark meat is the monounsaturated type, which is the good kind.
