Open Water Swimming at the Commonwealth Games
Despite being an event on other major sporting competitions, open-water swimming is not part of the Commonwealth Games. It was one of the optional sports of the Commonwealth Games (meaning that the host city can choose this sport if it wishes - there are other sports which have to be on the program).
Open Water Swimming has yet to make an appearance on the official program.
