The information below is for items in the Topend Sports Online Store, which are sold directly by Topend Sports (many other items for sale on Topend Sports are processed through Amazon stores, see the Amazon Store FAQ). If you are unsure about anything, please ask all questions prior to purchase.
Payment
- Prices listed are in US dollars (USD). Payment is made with PayPal. You can pay in your own currency - conversion to your currency is automatic when the payment is made through PayPal.
- We accept only payments through PayPal. It is not necessary to sign up with PayPal, and you can use all major credit cards.
- With PayPal you can safely enter your entire credit card number via their secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
- Free Postage (shipping) to anywhere in the world is included in the price. The price listed is all you will pay.
- For Australian customers, the price includes GST. Please ask if you would like a GST invoice.
Shipping
- Postage is free and included in the price.
- Items are sent directly from our supplier in China, and can be sent anywhere in the world.
- Tracking is available for some items. You will be provided with tracking details if available.
- We will post to the address on your PayPal record, please make sure that the correct mailing address is recorded.
- Products may take several weeks to reach your destination. Please wait at least 25 days before asking about your product.
Returns & Refunds
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.
- All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
- If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
- Please contact us first before returning any product.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
