30-15 Intermittent Fitness Test

During the 30-15 Intermittent Fitness Test (and it’s variant the Interval Shuttle Run Test (ISRT)), players alternately run 20 meter shuttles for 30 seconds and walk for 15 seconds, with increasing speed.
