Here is a guy performing the reaction time test at the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, D.C.. It is not a well controlled test of reaction time, but there are not many videos of reaction time available!
One Minute Curl Up Test of Core Strength

Here is a group of people performing a one-minute sit up test. They are using the technique of having their hands on their thighs, and sliding them up to their knees. Having the hands like this is a much more controlled method of doing the sit up, compared to some other methods where there is a lot of bouncing and erratic movements.

Here is a group of students performing the one minute sit up test. They are using the technique of having their feet held down (using something attached to the wall) and their arms across their chest. As you can see, it can be difficult to see what is a valid sit up, and also the erratic movements are potentially dangerous.

40 Inch Vertical Jump by Frank Yang

Here is a video of a 40″ (102 cm) vertical jump by Frank Yang in January 2007. It looks very impressive, and hard to imagine other athletes getting up around 50 inches, which some records show.

This video example of the Vertec®-type apparatus for performing the vertical jump fitness test of leg power, is of Gustavo Tella, achieving the best vertical jump at the NFL Europe tryout in 2006. Unfortunately, the video was taken on its side, so you have to go side-on to watch this one.
