Who is the greatest athlete of all time? There have been many lists of the greatest athlete from particular sports, but comparing athletes across sports to find the greatest athlete in the world is much more difficult. Still, some have tried. The Men's Journal in 2003 created a list of who they thought were the Best Athletes in the World. Their winner was American quarterback Michael Vick.
