The World's Highest Paid Athletes from 2005

Here is the top 10 list of the highest earning sportsmen from 2004-2005. It is a little old, the list would be much different today. Tiger Woods is the leader again, this time earning $87 million in just 12 months. The highest paid sportswoman for this year was Russian tennis player Maria Sharapova with earnings of 18.2 million dollars, which did not quite make the top 10.
