This is an official Indo Board Training Video. The Indo Board is great for improving your balance, particularly if you are a surfer. as one commenters said, a piece of wood and pvc pipe could also do the trick, but it would not look as good. See more about the Indo Board.

Balance Assessment by Next Testing

Demonstration of balance testing as part of the Next Testing Skating Combine protocol.  The balance test includes neuromuscular tests to establish a measure postural control (static and dynamic balance) using a NT Balance machine and Korebalance testing. The complete combine for ice hockey also includes other fitness tests and 14 on-ice tests. See more about Next Testing.
