He uses a skeleton to demonstrate the boney landmarks to help you understand what points of the body to use to accurately and consistently measure the skinfold meaurements. It is a long video but well worth having a look.

He uses a skeleton to demonstrate the boney landmarks to help you understand what points of the body to use to accurately and consistently measure the skinfold meaurements. Demonstration of Skinfold Sites

This is a clear demonstration of the skinfold measurement sites: biceps, pectoralis, iliac crest, abdominal, triceps and subscapular. She is using a Slim Guide Skinfold Caliper which provide good accurate measurements. It is best to mark all measurement sites prior to testing, though experienced examiners like here can go by feel and perform the measurements more quickly.
