1RM Bench Press Test Results
A test of 1RM Bench Press is important for some sports, and this test is also sometimes used as a general test of overall body strength. For comparing test results, it is importnat that the bench press test procedure has been standardized.
Only a small sample of athlete results are available at this time. The 1RM bench press test description has a normative table too which can be used to compare test results.
