1RM Bench Press Test Results

Bench Press TestMaximum upper body strength, as measured by a 1RM Bench Press test, is important for some sports. This test is also sometimes used as a general test to indicate overall body strength. For comparing test results, it is important that the bench press test procedure has been standardized.

Only a small sample of athlete results are available at this time. The 1RM bench press test description has a normative table too which can be used to compare test results.
